True Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
Grades: Alba (pencil thin, highest grade), C5 Special, C5, Quillings, and Powder. Safety Guarantee: Ultra-low coumarin content (<0.004%) makes it safe for daily health consumption vs. hepatotoxic Cassia.
Ceylon Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)
Bulk Density: 550g/l to 600g/l. High piperine concentration (5-7%) giving superior pungency, deep dark color, and high extraction yields for extractors and seasoning houses.
Ceylon Green Cardamom
Intensely aromatic green pods with rich resinous sweetness. Hand-graded to ensure whole, unopened pods with maximum essential oil retention.
